PopRocks is a fantasy themed video slot from Yggdrasil Gaming and Avatar UX. This is the first of the PopWin series slots to be released. You can win up to x72,188 of your wager in the Bonus mode feature.

About the slot

PopRocks is a 5 reel video slot with up to 486 ways to win but this can be expanded to 33,614 ways to win. Wagering starts from 10p up to £30 per spin and it is playable across all devices.The reels sit between 2 ornate winged pillars which are set on a backdrop of a night sky with castles in the distance. Symbols are the 10 to the Ace royals, blue, green, purple and red gems, blue, green, purple and gold dragons holding matching gems, the dragons are the higher value symbols.

Gameplay

Landing at least 3 matching symbols will trigger the PopWins feature, where the winning symbols will pop and 2 new symbols will replace each of them. Each consecutive win will expand the reels up to a maximum of 7 rows high and 33,614 ways to win. This is when the higher value dragon symbols will appear.You will see a meter on the left of the reels and each pop will be added to this. When you fill the meter with 7 pops, the win multiplier will be activated and will increase by x1 for each time the meter is filled.Once the reels are fully expanded, the Bonus mode will come into play, and a random wild symbol will be added to the reels and the multiplier will increase by x2  for every time that you fill the meter.PopRocks may seem a little confusing at first, but once you get spinning the reels you won’t want to stop. The graphics and animations are well designed and the background music is good. This is a high variance slot with an RTP of 96.8%.
