Microgaming have released their latest slot, Deadmau5, which is themed on the Canadian DJ and music producer of the same name. Features include wild reels, multipliers, free spins and rolling reels.

Slot details

Deadmau5 is a 5 reel video slot with 243 paylines which can be played across all devices. Wagering starts from 20p-£120 per spin on this high variance slot with an RTP of 95.22%.The game takes place in a nightclub and you can hear the DJ spinning his tracks in the background. Symbols are neon lit hearts, spades, clubs and diamond card suits, and 5 dancing ladies. The one with mouse earrings has the highest value, paying x5 your wager for 5 on a payline. The game logo is the wild symbol and will replace all others barring the mouse cube scatter.

Gameplay

The rolling reels come into play when matching symbols land on adjoining reels. The winning symbols are removed and new ones replace them. This only ends when no more wins are formed. The Drop the Wild feature is triggered randomly and the centre 3 reels can turn into wild reels.Landing 3, 4 or 5 scatter symbols on a single spin will trigger the free spins and earn you x5, x25 or x250 of your wager respectively, as well as 25 free spins.Rolling reels will also be in play and each successive win will see the multiplier trail increase from x2, x3, x4, x5 up to x10. This will reset when no more winning combinations are formed.Deadmau5 may be a branded game but the graphics seem to be a bit outdated. I did enjoy the free spins feature with the rolling reels and multiplier trail in play. It added a bit of excitement to the game, especially where you have the potential to win the maximum payout of x2,100 of your wager.
