The sequel to 4 Fantastic Vikings Go Fishing reunites the Viking crew for another treasure hunt, featuring new respin mechanics, cash bonuses and stacking multipliers.
4ThePlayer released 4 Fantastic Vikings Hold the Gold on 5 November 2026. Available through Yggdrasil Gaming, the Viking crew sets sail for Ragnarök on another treasure hunt featuring the new Viking Respinner.
A New Sequel
The sequel follows 4 Fantastic Vikings Go Fishing, which combined 4ThePlayer’s 4 Fantastic Fish series with Yggdrasil’s Vikings Go Berzerk. The familiar characters return for another treasure-hunting adventure, with Viking Pots, cash collection, and Free Spins shaping the search.
Viking Respinner is the star here. Any Coin symbols landing on Viking symbols are collected in four corresponding pots. Each pot can trigger randomly. The triggering Viking remains sticky for a respin, and any new matching Vikings lock on the reels. The sequence continues until no new matching Vikings land.
Viking symbols can stack and receive a 2x multiplier, racking up bigger wins. The Free Spins trigger when three or more Bonus Scatters land. The Viking pots remain active throughout the free spins, increasing the chances of Viking stacks.
Landing Cash Symbols triggers the Cash Respinner. It works similarly to the Viking Respinner, with Cash symbols remaining locked on the reels until no new Cash symbols appear. If an Incrementor Symbol lands, it delivers additional bonuses to help improve your bank balance.
Henry McLean, Co-Founder, Commercial and Marketing Director at 4ThePlayer, said
“With 4 Fantastic Vikings Hold The Gold, we wanted to give these characters a sequel with something fresh at its heart. The new Viking Respinner does exactly that, with individual Viking Pots triggering respins where matching Vikings lock in place as more land. Free Spins take this further with Viking stacks and 2x multipliers, while the Cash Respinner brings its own twist through the Incrementor Symbol. It’s been great to build on our collaboration with Yggdrasil and bring another dimension.”
4 Fantastic Vikings Hold The Gold is available now at Yggdrasil Casinos.
