Fun Casino Review

How has it taken this long for an online casino called Fun Casino to arrive on the scene? A valid question, but one with an answer, it didn’t, in fact, there was another Fun Casino, although an added hyphen (Fun-Casino) separated it from this one, it was a Bitcoin friendly casino, and it doesn’t seem to be around anymore.

Like the Highlander, there could only be one, and the one left standing was Fun Casino, a new online casino that has managed to grab the catchy and appealing name before anyone else did.

A name like Fun Casino could go one of two ways, the same as if someone tells you they are “fun”. That person may be fun, or they may be immensely dull and just keep telling you their fun, Fun Casino definitely has the capability to go either way, and, unfortunately, it opts for the latter.

As soon as you arrive at Fun casino the desperation is clear, this is a site that really wants you to know that it’s fun, and that you can have fun here, and it adds an immediate sense of the unpleasant to it.

Design and theme

It may be a mistake that this is the impression that Fun Casino gives off, maybe they just intended to create a nice-looking site that matched its name, but they failed.

The font of the logo is far too close to comic sans, and you don’t have to be a graphic designer to know how unpopular a decision that is, and the blocks of colour that are interspersed throughout the site just succeed in making the site feel like too much for the eyes to deal with.

The main problem here is that there is actually very little design in the design, it’s mainly just colours.

In terms of artwork, animations, banners, anything that might catch the attention of players, Fun Casino is severely lacking, in fact, there’s very little here that could actually be described as being ‘fun’ in any way.

Navigation is simple enough, which is a good sign, various thumbnails will allow instant access to games and promotions, customer service, and information about the Fun Casino site are all easy to locate, which is great, but doesn’t really make up for all of the downsides to this site.

Visually, Fun Casino simply can’t live up to its name, and in an industry where most people are playing for fun, that’s a bit of a problem.

Games

We may still be relatively early in 2018, but there has been a decent number of new online casinos already released, and many of them are of a high quality.

As a result, it is necessary for Fun casino to be able to stand up to the standard of the other new sites on the market, and as it clearly can’t do that in terms of design, the games selection has a lot to do.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t even come close, with titles coming from very few software developers, namely Amatic Industries, Evolution, Microgaming, and NetEnt.

It isn’t that games from these developers are particularly bad, in fact, they are some of the best, but their games are available everywhere, it’s what comes with them that tends to make the difference and at Fun Casino, nothing comes with them.

This online casino managed to grab a name that gave it a real opportunity to stand out and make an entertaining online casino site for the hobbyists who play to have fun, but instead, it succeeded in producing a site that is boring, and doesn’t offer enough games.
