Play ‘N Go has released a new Asian-inspired progressive slot, Temple Of Wealth. It is played with high variance with a slightly below-average RTP of 94.2 %. Temple of Wealth is the latest addition to the Wealth Jackpot series and follows the Best of Wealth and Celebration of Wealth progressive slots.
Slot details
Temple of Wealth is a 5-reel, 3-row slot with 243 paylines. It’s available on desktop and mobile devices from 10p to £100 per spin.
The gold-framed reels are set inside a temple surrounded by large pillars. Symbols are the low-value 10-Ace royals, a trio of gold coins, a golden koi carp, a Fu baby, a sycee and Caishen, the God of wealth—the latter awards 10x for five on a payline. The wild symbol is a red door and substitutes all symbols, barring the yin and yang scatter.
Gameplay
Landing 3, 4 or 5 scatters awards 5x, 10x and 50x respectively. The free spins trigger, and you get the choice of 8, 10, 12, 15 or 20 free spins with the addition of 48, 38, 28, 18 or 8 bonus symbols, respectively. Or you can opt for the mystery, which awards up to 20 free spins and up to 48 mystery symbols.
Mystery symbols reveal a random symbol after each spin. It locks in position and expands either up or down before each spin. When a reel is full of mystery symbols, they disappear from view.
The Jackpot is triggered randomly at any time, and up to 5 reels turn gold. If any wilds land on any of the gold reels, you proceed to a mini-game. This shows 12 symbols revealing the Mini, Minor, Major, or Grand jackpots. You need three matching symbols to win.
Temple Of Wealth has the usual graphics which fit well with the Asian theme. I liked that you got the choice of free spins or mystery symbols during the free spins round. The maximum win is 5,000x unless you are fortunate enough to land one of the progressive jackpots.
