Gameplay

The Giant Respins are activated when all of the symbols on reels 1-3 are surrounded by a blue light. These reels merge and only land a colossal 3×3 symbol on the respin.Landing 3, 4 or 5 scatters on a single spin triggers the free spins feature and you receive 8, 12 or 40 free spins respectively. A further 1 or 2 scatters will award you with 2 or 4 extra spins up to a maximum of 20. During the feature, the 4^th and 5^th reels merge and only 2×2 symbols land on them.Gold overlay coins can appear in the game at any time and are added to the meter. When you fill the meter you then go to the map which has 4 levels where you can earn cash prizes up to x20.Reaching a castle on a level will trigger the Legendary free spins which are played across a 6-6-3-3-3 grid. You’re awarded with 10 free spins and merged reels according to which colour of castle.

Verdict

King of the Trident Deluxe is action packed and fun to play. The addition of the bonus round will certainly appeal to players. Although the RTP is on the low side, the features can be triggered quite often.
