I don’t know about you but I was expecting a slot game based on legendary musician Johnny Cash. What I got was a funky looking cactus with an impressive moustache, toting pistols! The scatter symbol give you free spins. 3 to 5 give a reasonable payout and the more scatters you land, the more free spins you’ll get. The scatters also launch the bonus round and it’s during this feature that the wilds come into play.Normally, when wilds appear, they will replace another symbol then vanish, but here they become sticky and remain in place until the end of this bonus feature. Well, it’s not what we expected, but it’s actually a really fun slot to play! There are other wild west themed slots out there, but there’s something a little edgy about Johnny Cash which makes it stand out.The main drawback is its below average RTP of 93.90%. It’s only slightly below average, but with so much choice out there, it may get looked over in favour of slots with a higher RTP.
