Blast your way to a fortune with Diamond Blast Zone, the latest slot release from Leander Games. Features include wilds, free spins, mystery symbols, scatters and an RTP of 96.08%.

Slot details

Available to play across all devices, this high variance slot has 5 reels and from 243 – 16,807 ways to win, with bets starting from 20p up to £20 per spin. The design is nice and colourful, and themed on a diamond mine where the game takes place. Symbols consist of the J to Ace royals, which are all lower value, emeralds, orange gems rubies and diamonds. The latter is worth x10 your wager for 5.The wild symbol is the yellow block with the W and we have the drill scatter, a mystery symbol and a bomb.

Gameplay

The cascading reels are in play throughout and winning symbols are removed and replaced with new ones. The multiplier will increase with each cascade up to maximum of x10.Any bomb symbols appearing on the reels on a non-winning spin, will explode and remove a random number of symbols. More new symbols then appear on the grid. Mystery symbols can also appear on the reels at random and will reveal one matching symbol.3 scatters landing on the 1st, 3rd and 5th reels on the same spin triggers the free spins feature and awards 8 free spins. The ways to win also increase to 16,807 and can be re-triggered without any limits. Multipliers will also be worth up to x12 and the bomb area will expand.

Verdict

There are many mining themed slots on the market, but they do seem to be quite popular. The game play is exciting with the addition of the bomb blasts, mystery symbols and multipliers, but you can only pocket up to x200 your wager, which I feel is on the low side.
