Maltese based online casino operator EveryMatrix Software Limited, had their B2B UK license suspended by the UK Gambling Commission. The regulator made its findings clear in a press release last Thursday, following an investigation in to the firms ‘compliance activity’ and social responsibility obligations.
Not Accepting UK Players
EveyMatrix casino’s include, Jetbull.com, Fantasino.com, MrWin.com, Play Frank and various other brands will not accept players from the UK until the matter in hand is resolved.The Gambling Commission released a statement,“We have not suspended the licensee’s activities of manufacturing, supplying, installing or adapting gambling software. The suspension of EveryMatrix Software Limited takes effect immediately. We have instructed the operator that it may settle any anti-post bets that have been placed prior to suspension coming in to force and facilitate customers’ accessing their accounts to withdraw funds.”
Account Access
Although the operator can no longer accept any further gambling activity from UK players, punters are still able to access their accounts and withdraw any remaining funds.EveryMatrix statement read,“ During this period, EveryMatrix Software Limited will continue to deliver a fair and safe experience to its players. All players will be able to access their accounts and withdraw funds held in it at ant time. Anti-post bets will be honored, so if you have placed bets on future events these will be paid out as usual if they become winning bets.“ The company is taking the UKGC’s concerns extremely seriously and has already taken swift and effective actions to address the Gambling Commissions concerns sufficiently.”
