BetVictor, the popular Gibraltar based iGaming operator, has names Luke Alvarez, founder and former CEO of Inspired entertainment, as its Chairman.Alvarez is due to take over duties chairing the company on December 1st (2018).

Alvarez headed up Inspired for some 16 years, from founding the company with a small team of individuals, to creating a genuinely competitive major company within one of the world’s most competitive industries.Inspired became known as one of the very best software developers around, especially when it comes to the blossoming world of virtual sports games.The fruits of Alvarez’s labour showed fully in 2016, when Inspired was purchased by Inspired Entertainment for £200 million.Alvarez has also worked as a director of The Cloud wi-fi provider, and co-founded Gmatic.
