Genesis Casino is the title track, if you will, from operator Genesis Global Limited. A fairly hit and miss developer, with some weak links like Vegas Hero in its collection, the likes of Casino Cruise and Spinit show that when on form, Genesis Global can create an excellent site, and this one’s so good they put their name on it, we assume.

Genesis Casino is an interesting beast, claiming that “If the universe was a game of luck, Genesis Casino is the starting point!” which doesn’t really mean anything, but it sounds good.

As a relatively new operator, in comparison to the giants of the industry at least, Genesis Global Limited has to bring something really impressive to the table every time if their sites are going to stand out, can Genesis Casino do that?

But a tasty welcome bonus and some nice promotions can only do so much, it takes a lot more in terms of substance and depth of content to be truly competitive in one of the most competitive industries in the world, is this something Genesis Casino looks likely to be able to do?

Design and theme

Genesis Casino has a space theme, which is not the most unique theme we’ve ever seen, and the artwork here isn’t anything special either, but that’s not what this site is about, instead, this is an example of slow and steady winning the race.

Nothing stands out, but that’s a good thing, because everything looks good, meaning, to an extent, everything stands out.

The banner across the top of the homepage sets the outer space tone, including a few characters from popular games adorned in fetching spacesuits.

Scrolling down the page the theme continues, switching to a simply starry design so as not to draw attention away from what is in the foreground.

What that is, is a collection of thumbnails allowing access to top quality games.

The artwork from these games adds nicely to the design, while the thumbnails being split into categories makes navigation simple, which is important to Genesis Casino, as they explain:

“[Nothing] is more than one click away whether it's terms, the latest game release or seamlessly smooth payment methods.”

Games

Genesis Global Limited offer the exact same collection of games at all their online casino sites, and Genesis Casino is no different.

With 1,300 plus games on offer, however, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but that number does get less impressive under a little more scrutiny.

While the selection is vast, and involves many excellent games, the list of software developers behind those titles is limited to ELK Studios, Evolution, Microgaming, NetEnt, NextGen Gaming, Play'n GO, Quickspin, SG Digital, and Yggdrasil.

While these are all excellent developers, arguably the very best, when other online casinos are regularly offering games from upwards of 20 difference developers, Genesis Casino, like its network siblings, is somewhat lacking in terms of variety.

While this may not matter to many players, with it being pretty much guaranteed that you’ll find something to suit your needs within the games on offer, if you’re looking for something specific, or something different, you’re unlikely to find it here.

Genesis Casino is okay, that’s about the best that can be said about it, but a few more software developers providing the titles, and it could become very good.
