NetEnt have announced that Therese Hillman has been appointed of CEO after the departure of Per Eriksson earlier this year.Hillman, who has been CFO of the Swedish software developer since January 2017 and acting CEO for the past two months became full time CEO with immediate effect yesterday (May 22nd, 2018).
History
Before joining NetEnt, Hillman, who has an MSc in Accounting and Finance, was the CEO of Gymgrossisten, a subsidiary of the Qliro Group and has also been a board member at Unibet.Speaking of her appointment, the new CEO said:” It is with great enthusiasm, but also humility, that I am taking on the role as Group CEO of NetEnt.I look forward to drive the development of the industry together with our customers and employees and to deliver the best player experiences.This is how we can continue to create value for our customers, shareholders, players and employees”
