2020 was a year most of us want to forget but it did not dampen the spirits of the team at IGT. They came out on top at the Global Gaming Awards in London after walking away with “Casino Supplier of the Year”.
Difficult Year during 2020
The commitment by the team towards its customers is apparent in its leadership in delivering high-quality, top-performing services throughout its entire portfolio which did not go unnoticed. Despite 2020 being a particularly difficult year involving huge challenges, the team at IGT was committed to delivering industry-leading products and services to its global customer base.Although casino closures were a huge challenge throughout 2020, IGT recognised casinos now more than ever relied on the support of suppliers to enable them to welcome back customers after restrictions were finally lifted in the sector. Supplying new and exciting products proves IGT’s commitment to its customers and deserved recognition with the award.The Global Gaming Awards are powered by the Gambling Insider Magazine and have become an annual event in London. The EMEA-focused awards program acknowledges excellence and performance throughout the casino industry. A panel of 50 CEO’s from within the gaming industry select the winner’s and these were announced in an online ceremony on June 28th, 2021.

Although an extremely challenging year, the commitment from the team at IGT shone through as they remain leaders of global casino content suppliers.
